Latewear is your e-commerce. The platform where your follows can search and buy your brand products.

Your brand dedicated page, products uploads, seo, stock management, b2c/b2b sales, billing and logistics services are provided by latewear for a yearly basis fee. In addition latewear works on FB and Google ads to let your brand online placement grow

Does selling on LATEWEAR.COM means any
exclusivity obbligation?

Latewerar do not constrain brands to any exclusivity obligation. The brand own his intellectual property of his brand, logo, products, pictures and any content provided during the joining step as like as the right to sell his products through any other digital or physical channel.

 

I’m still working on my collection and i want to join LATEWEAR.COM, what is the process?

Latewear through her sister-company LABLATE provide a full suite of sampling, production and advisory services for young designers and brands who want to centralise their production process or are looking for a reliable structure which can drive them in the developing of their sketches into their collection.

Once the collection or the products are finished, you are ready to sell online through latewear.com.

 

How does prices for my products be set?

Prices must be not higher to other e-commerce in the EU area.

 

How does products shippings and returns works?

Latewear will provide shippings from his warehouse or the brand’s one, directly to clients thorough domestic standard delivery or via DHL express courier service ( see deliveries terms & condition on the Terms of Service page from the footer menu ).

Returns policies are applied only in case of flawed goods. After the latewear team has verify the notified flaw, the good will be picked-up from client address via DHL pick-up service. The pick-up costs are at late wear expenses when the good start from any of the latewear warehouses.

Contrariwise, if the goods will be shipped from a brand’s venue, the pick-up costs will be charged to the brand or deducted from the sales invoice.

 

Do late wear take any commission from the sales?

Latewear works on a sale commission basis, commission for any b2c sale is of 30% of the amount of the order + vat.

Commission from the b2b, wholesale, sales is of 15% of the total amount of the order + vat.
